  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 6 oz box Stove Top stuffing mix (any flavor
  • 1/3 cup ketchup



  1. Beat the eggs along with the milk. Add the Stop Top Stuffing Mix and allow it to sit until it has absorbed the liquid.
  2. Add the stuffing mixture to the ground beef and carefully combine. Don't over mix!
  3. Add the mixture to a 9 x 4 baking pan or pat into a 8 x 8 baking dish and spread a thin layer of ketchup on top. Alternately you can make a free form loaf on a sheet pan covered with foil.
  4. Place in the oven and bake for approximately one hour. A meat thermometer should register 160 degrees.
  5. Once you remove the meatloaf from the oven allow it to cool approximately 15 minutes before slicing.
