Good To Know About These Spicy Candied Pecans:

These are crazy addictive. The cardamom gives these a different spin on spiced nuts –one which those less familiar with the intoxicating spice may not recognize. Whether the taster knows the spice or not, they will love them.

The cardamom really does make these nuts! I think I’ll add a touch more next time I make them.

If you are planning on making these to give as gifts, as I did, you have three easy options.

1) You can make them right before you give them away so you don’t have time to nibble through the batch;

2) You can make a second batch after scarfing down the first; or

3) You can simply double the batch in the first place.

Wait. Don’t double this recipe – triple it! Spicy Candied Pecans are that good.
