Ingredients

  • 1 ready-made graham cracker pie crusts or 1 chocolate wafer pie crust
  • 1 20 oz can cherry pie filling
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk, blending well.
  3. Add lemon juice and vanilla until well blended.
  4. Pour into pie crust and chill 3 hours, or until firm.
  5. Add cherry filling on top of the pie.

Recipe Notes

You can also use blueberry or strawberry pie filling.
