6hard cooked eggs
4ouncescream cheeseroom temperature
2tablespoonsbutterroom temperature
3tablespoonsmayonnaise
2tspyellow mustard
¼cupminced onion
¼cupminced celery
¼cupshredded cheddar cheese
2tablespoonssweet pickle relish
½tsalt
¼tfresh cracked pepper
Instructions
Dice the eggs with an egg dicer. You can use a pastry blender or a fork but the results won't be the same.
Add the onion, celery, cheddar cheese and pickle relish to the diced eggs and combine well.
Combine the cream cheese, butter, mayonnaise and mustard. Fold the cream cheese mixture into the egg mixture.
Recipe Notes
It's ready to serve at this point, however you will have a more flavorful egg salad if you refrigerate it for a while to let the flavors blend!
